Nice and easy.

Moved house and downsized had 2 storage lockers this ended up being a great idea. Can't thank Premier storage enough for their help and understanding. Great staff that go the extra mile for you. Again thanks for your help. I have now empitied both my storage lockers but I don't know how we would have coped without them, again a big thanks to Premier Storage they have been great and well worth supporting.

I rang up needing a 40sq foot storage container and luckily this place was free. I visited, paid my deposit and was exceptionally impressed with the set up. Very reasonable prices with 24hr access which is fab. Absolutely lovely lady at the front desk took the time to explain everything and ensure everything I needed was catered for. Very clean container, including all the public areas. They had sanitiser and wipes for post visit. Very impressed! I have no doubt my goods will be stored safely with easy access.

Had to store some furniture between moving thought I'd only need it a month or two and it ended up being close to 6 months. Unit was clean, secure and the weekly rent was the cheapest I could find in the area and half the price of comparable units I was looking at in Birmingham. 24 hr access was ideal as I could drop some things off after work and there were no extra fees for this. The lift and trolleys were all in good condition and very handy to use. Many thanks again to the team.

Wow, what a company for storage. The ladies with smile in the reception, place was so clean and the price was so reasonable. I recommend anyone who wants storage service to use this company. Honestly the access and the equipments are there to make loading and unloading so easy. This is by far the best storage place I ever used. I specifically want to thank the lady who served us. Even my staff took time to go and say goodbye to her. She is a shining star for that company. I wish all people who are working in different companies were like this lady. Over all 10/10. Amin

Highly recommended storage space. Really easy to hire our unit, never had a single issue in the year we were there, and 24/7 access was really handy. Rates were the best around and really easy when we emptied our unit and ended our contract. Would definitely use again!
